• Communicating closely with our clients to clearly define and develop their overall vision and objectives for their refurbishment

• Preparing a Project Plan and working on the design in close conjunction with our clients and other professional designers as required

• Advising on an appropriate budget and undertaking regular cost management throughout a project

• Developing a realistic schedule for the works and regularly monitoring against this programme

• Liaising with local authorities (Building Control, Planning Department, City Fire Brigade etc.), where necessary, in order to obtain relevant permissions

• Working with clients to help them identify kitchen, bathroom and other supply companies to meet their requirements; meeting with these companies and our clients, as required, during all aspects of the design stage

• Assisting clients in procuring quotes and selecting an experienced contractor and other professional services and trades to ensure successful execution of their project

• Liaising with architects, surveyors, designers and other specialist consultants, as appropriate, on behalf of our clients

• Regular on-site supervision during construction to enable efficient management of different trades to minimise delays and resolve unforeseeable issues that may arise

• Providing regular updates to clients through meetings, emails and phonecalls
